From the day I met John B and Craig who did the initial inspection of the damage to my bedroom ceiling, they both took the time to understand the problem, assure me that they and their team would do their utmost to make sure all issues were taken care of and provided me a timely response as to when the cleanup crew would arrive to do the job.
The cleanup crew headed by Will and members Juan and Tomas, were professional, courteous and efficient at the job they had to do. It was completed in a timely manner and Will explained all that he and the team would accomplish that day. Upon completion of the damaged materials, dehumidifiers were brought in and they explained to me how long they would run and when they would be taken out; and they were removed the day he said they would.
They all worked seamlessly with my insurance company’s adjuster and were a pleasure to work with given the difficult and sometimes worrisome issues at hand. Thank you!"
