"If I could give this 0 stars, I would. My first mistake was that I hired Service Master. Second mistake was that I trusted them. Third mistake was leaving the worker there unattended. To start off, they charged me for multiple services that they DID NOT DO. I was also charged for equipment that I was told I would not be charged for. The bill came in and it was not what we had agreed to at all. I called several times and left messages, but they never called me back. I emailed accounts receivable and spoke to Rob W when the price was discussed he threatened me. I have the emails to prove ALL of this. Rob told me that they would lower the price ONLY IF I DID NOT WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. If I paid the lower price and I violated the agreement of no social media, he would file a lawsuit against me. I ended up paying the full price so that I could warn everyone NOT to work with these people. They are scammers and dishonest. 31 emails to prove this, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE."
