Your crew did an outstanding job this week, first deep cleaning the affected spaces on Tuesday, and then delivering and unpacking our possessions on Wednesday and Thursday. They also assembled some complicated furniture, including my rolltop desk. Everything was wrapped perfectly, and we have not found any damage. And thankfully, they also took back all the packing material for recycling. They were very professional and respectful at all times. We are very impressed with your restoration services.

I am writing this letter because I feel compelled to extort the virtues of hard work, dedication, attention to detail, and over all likability of our representative Leonard Terry Production Supervisor.
How often does one see someone who is competent, presentable, pleasurable company and superior attention to detail in what was a water leak damage to our home to a PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE; almost never.
This was made possible by Leonard Terry. He took the time to document, go thru countless measurements and picture taking, and walked us thru the process where we were very worried and scared quite frankly/ this kind and talented young man made a bad experience good!
I would rate his service a 10 of 10 or really an 11 of 10 if there is such a thing. He is a credit to himself, and ServiceMaster Restoration Services. Pls. recognize him; he deserves it.
