After serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army and teaching at Shawnee High School, Bob Case and his wife Jane founded ServiceMaster by Case in 1978. More than forty-five years later, ServiceMaster by Case has grown and has been recognized as one of the Top 200 ServiceMaster Clean franchises and one of the Top 200 ServiceMaster Restore franchises in the entire country. He now shares ownership with his children, Brad Case and Jennifer Fraley, along with their spouses Jill Case and Shaun Fraley.

ServiceMaster by Case provides mitigation and restoration following losses involving fire, smoke, odor, water, and mold. We also offer residential carpet, upholstery, and ductwork cleaning. Our service area includes Auglaize, Hardin, Mercer, Shelby, Logan, Allen, Van Wert, and Putnam Counties.

Brad officially became an employee of ServiceMaster by Case in 1986, working as a part-time technician. After receiving his associate’s degree in business management from Lima Technical College in 1988, he became the business manager and eventually a co-owner. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as inspecting and estimating fire, smoke and mold losses.

When he’s not working, Brad enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys arrowhead hunting and playing disc golf.

Jennifer began working part-time as a cleaning technician for ServiceMaster by Case in 1993. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in communications, she acquired the position of marketing manager. She is responsible for communicating with area insurance representatives to educate them about our services.

In her spare time, Jennifer likes to spend time with her husband and their three children. She also enjoys being outdoors, being involved in multiple school committees and events and playing volleyball.

Shaun worked part-time as a building maintenance technician while pursuing his associate’s degree from Lima Technical College. After graduating in 1999, he became the operations coordinator at ServiceMaster by Case. Shaun’s responsibilities include estimating fires, acting as a crew chief in all areas of the business, and coordinating the work being performed at other job sites.

When he’s not working, Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He also likes to play disc golf and softball.

Chris was hired in 1978, making him the first official employee of ServiceMaster by Case. More than 45 years later, his position as production manager has given him extensive knowledge of every aspect of our services. This includes water damage mitigation, smoke & fire restoration, odor removal and mold remediation. He is well-respected and a great asset to our company.

Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandkids. His hobbies include biking, kayaking, hiking, and woodworking.

Ben became a ServiceMaster by Case technician in 2003. After a few years, he became a production crew chief in fire & water restoration, duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. While working full-time at ServiceMaster by Case, Ben attended and graduated from Franklin University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and sons as well as participating in several outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking. He also enjoys woodworking.

Sheila joined the office staff of ServiceMaster by Case in 2007. She was previously employed in the field of banking for over 10 years. She is usually the first point of contact with our customers and can help with scheduling water losses as well as estimating carpet, upholstery and duct cleaning. Sheila is also in charge of our accounts receivable department.

In her spare time, Sheila enjoys spending time with her husband, her children and her granddaughter. She also likes being outdoors, especially while gardening.

Tyler joined our company in March of 2013. His past experiences working in a restaurant and for an ambulance service gave him a great understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, empathy and hard work. Tyler is a production crew chief on fire & water mitigation, carpet cleaning and duct cleaning work.

Tyler enjoys spending time with his son, an occasional game of golf and working on cars.

Brandon became a ServiceMaster by Case team member in 2014. Now, his primary role as a production crew chief is to supervise and perform cleaning after fire and water losses. He is also one of our lead trainers for our water mitigation software program. Prior to joining us, Brandon assisted in the everyday operations on a chicken ranch.

During his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, shooting billiards, playing darts, and watching NFL games.

Jill began working full-time for ServiceMaster by Case in 2016. Prior to that, she worked as a bank teller at Superior Federal Credit Union. Jill’s responsibility is to oversee our content cleaning division to make sure that every content item brought back to our facility is detail cleaned and deodorized thoroughly before being returned to our customer’s home.

When she’s not working, Jill enjoys quilting and spending time with her family.

Ryan became a member of the ServiceMaster by Case team in July of 2018 after retiring from the United States Navy in 2017. His primary responsibilities are to perform cleaning and/or drying services following fire and water losses.

Ryan enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and family. He is also the captain of the Roundhead Volunteer Fire Department.

Garrett became a member of ServiceMaster by Case in April 2021. His most recent job was working the assembly line at Whirlpool, Inc. where he made sure that production was done correctly and in a timely manner. He assists the production crew chiefs on fire and water losses as well as carpet and duct cleaning.

His interests outside of work include walking, traveling and spending time with his daughter.

Zeke joined our team in February 2025. He previously worked as an administrative assistant at the Waynesfield Baptist Church. His primary role is to assist the crew chiefs with smoke and water losses.

In his spare time, he enjoys writing novels as well as spending time with friends and family.

Julie worked for ServiceMaster by Case in the ‘90s and returned to us in April 2023. She has easily transitioned back into her previous role of detail cleaning and restoring items brought back to our facility primarily following fire and smoke losses.

In her spare time, Julie likes to spend time with her grandkids and make pottery.

Nate joined our team in the summer of 2025. He had previously worked in landscaping. Prior to that, he served as a pulpit supply for churches in need of a temporary pastor as he pursued a degree in pastoral ministry.

His role at ServiceMaster by Case is to assist crew chiefs with water mitigation, fire/smoke mitigation, mold mitigation, carpet cleaning and furnace duct cleaning.

In his spare time, Nate enjoys playing video games and hiking with his wife and her family.

Carson joined us in 2025. He had previously worked for the City of Sidney Parks Department.

Carson’s primary role is to assist crew chiefs with smoke/mitigation, water mitigation,

mold mitigation, carpet cleaning and furnace duct cleaning.

In his spare time, Carson enjoys woodworking, riding four wheelers and hanging out with friends.
