Jillian Moak is a born-and-raised Texan and a leader in the disaster restoration industry with more than 18 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration Marketing degree from Texas A&M University and later completed her Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

Since entering the restoration industry in 2008, Jillian has played a key role in building and leading restoration operations throughout Texas, focusing on customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Her background uniquely combines strategic marketing, financial expertise, and hands-on industry experience, allowing her to lead with both vision and accountability.

As the founder of ServiceMaster Restoration by Century, Jillian is passionate about serving customers during some of the most difficult times in their lives while continuing to build a strong culture centered around professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

Sierra Kimbrell may come from a family with Philadelphia roots, but she proudly considers herself a true Texan and has built her career serving communities across the Lone Star State. With nearly six years of experience in the disaster restoration industry, Sierra brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and customer service to her role at ServiceMaster Restoration by Century. Prior to entering restoration, she spent several years in the firearms industry, where she developed valuable experience in operations management and client relations.

Since transitioning into restoration, Sierra has played a key role in supporting and leading teams across water mitigation, fire and contents restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction services throughout Texas. Her background combines operational strategy, process improvement, financial oversight, and technology implementation, allowing her to help create efficient systems that support both employees and customers during challenging times.

Sierra is passionate about building a culture centered around professionalism, responsiveness, and teamwork while continuing to support the company’s growth and reputation for exceptional service across Texas. Outside of work, Sierra is a proud mom to two boys and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether attending baseball games, golfing, or enjoying life outdoors, family and community remain at the center of everything she does.

Kenneth Molt is a Regional Sales Manager serving the Texas market, focused on commercial relationship development, strategic partnerships, and client support within the restoration industry. With over 10 years of disaster restoration industry experience, he works closely with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients to deliver responsive solutions and trusted service during property loss events.

Prior to his career in restoration, Kenneth served in the United States Marine Corps from 2006–2015, completing three combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He later earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from American Military University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys competitive golf and bowling and is passionate about building lasting relationships both professionally and within the community.

Dianna Randolph is a disaster restoration professional with 18 years of industry experience. Her background spans field remediation, detailed estimating, and project documentation, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the full mitigation lifecycle. She now works on the coordinating side, leveraging her technical knowledge and field‑tested judgment to drive efficient, accurate, and customer‑focused project outcomes. Her foundation of discipline and leadership was built during her four years of active service in the United States Marine Corps.

Craig Nelson was raised in Arizona. He lived in Texas back in the early 2000’s and after spending 20 years in Arizona again he missed the place he considers home which was Texas. Craig is a leader in the disaster restoration industry with more than 25 years of experience. Craig has had his IICRC certifications since early in his career and strives to learn more with each year he spends in the industry.

Since entering the restoration industry Craig has constantly moved up the ranks quickly. Craig has done many roles in climbing the ladder in restoration. Craig has written and ran projects both on mitigation as well as repairs. Craig has been a certified building inspector and contractor/supervisor for asbestos. His background has all been in operations and strives to grow not only himself but the people around him.

As the branch manager of ServiceMaster Restoration by Century San Antonio and Austin, Craig is passionate about serving customers during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Craig is passionate about building his team and encouraging everyone to grow.
