At the heart of our company is strong leadership, deep community ties, and a commitment to doing the right thing every time. Owner Deana Albert brings all three to the table, guiding our team with integrity, experience, and a genuine passion for helping others in times of need.

A lifelong member of the Wichita Falls community, Deana is a graduate of Wichita Falls High School and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University. Her educational background laid the foundation for her disciplined, service-oriented approach to both business and leadership.

Deana’s dedication extends far beyond the workplace. She was recognized as part of the prestigious 20 Under 40 Class of 2017, honoring young professionals who demonstrate excellence in their careers and commitment to the community. Her passion for service is evident through her involvement in several local organizations. She currently serves as Board Secretary for Backdoor Theatre and as Secretary for Parents for Christian Education at Wichita Christian School. She is also an active member of the University Kiwanis Club, where she continues to give back and support local initiatives.

In recognition of her character and dedication to others, Deana was honored with the Servant’s Heart Award in 2018 by Wichita Christian School — a reflection of the values she brings into both her personal and professional life.

Professionally, Deana holds multiple industry certifications, including:

• Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Odor Control Technician (OCT)
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)

These certifications reinforce her commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the restoration industry, ensuring that every project is handled with expertise and care.

Michael Albert

Michael Albert has proudly owned and operated ServiceMaster of Wichita Falls & Texoma since 2015, bringing a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and service to every project and partnership. With extensive experience in the mitigation and restoration industry, Michael has built a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality solutions when homeowners and businesses need them most.

Michael holds numerous certifications through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and multiple advanced textile and cleaning designations. He also holds a Texas Mold Contractor License and has completed OSHA General Industry Training, 40-hour HAZWOPER training, and Lead-Based Paint certification (RRRP).

Beyond his professional credentials, Michael is deeply rooted in the community. He serves as Assistant Chief of the Wichita West Volunteer Fire Department and is a state-certified firefighter and EMT. His commitment to service extends through his involvement with several local organizations, including the Wichita County Sheriff’s Training Advisory Board, the Red River Firemen’s & Fire Marshal’s Association (Executive Board), and Parents for Christian Education at Wichita Christian School. He has also served as a board member for the Better Business Bureau.

Michael is a Master Mason and active member of Masonic Lodge #1287, Joseph Kemp Lodge. His leadership—both in business and in service—reflects a dedication to protecting, supporting, and strengthening the community he calls home.
