These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the SMS/text messaging services ("SMS Service") provided by ServiceMaster of Kalamazoo ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your relationship with us. You may receive messages related to:
Employee scheduling and updates
Appointment confirmations or service reminders
Billing and payment links
Customer support and other operational communications
We do not currently send marketing messages via SMS.
2. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult with your mobile carrier for details on any applicable charges.

You may opt in by providing your phone number to us through employment forms, service agreements, or by texting a keyword to our SMS number.
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us at the number provided.
