"Had a leak in the refrigerator that caused significant water damage. Service Master came out immediately on a Saturday to address the damage. Their communication was first class and was always given an ETA while the service technicians were on the road. Throughout the process, I dealt with Leslie, Manny, John and Brad. All of them were extremely professional and knowledgeable and kept me posted on what needed to be done and when it would be done. After the initial inspection a remediation team was at our house within hours. They knew what to do and got right to work.
