ServiceMaster Professional Services is Named One of the Best ServiceMaster Franchise in the U.S.

ServiceMaster is one of the most trusted names in cleaning and disaster restoration. This is because the staff and technicians of ServiceMaster franchises across the U.S. are dedicated to bringing the best possible services to their clients with a sense of professionalism. There are about 5,000 franchises in the U.S. alone ready to respond to emergency situations 24 hours a day.

Each year, ServiceMaster recognizes the outstanding performing franchises with various awards, including an award for the top ServiceMaster in the U.S. Of the 5,000 franchises eligible for this award, ServiceMaster Professional Services (SVMPS) is proud to announce that we were named the third best ServiceMaster franchise in America. Our staff, including our technicians, office workers, and owners, are dedicated to providing our clients with quality disaster restoration and cleaning services, including water damage restoration and mold remediation, and this award is a reflection of our hard work and dedication.

Genuine Care for the Customer

Everyone at SVMPS, from owners Trent Negaard and Kendall Dahlquist to our project managers and technicians, always puts the customer first. Our owners Trent and Kendall have been in business together for 28 years and they have kept up with the changes within the industry so that we can continue to provide the best possible restoration services for our customers in their time of need. Top ServiceMaster franchises are recognized for their commitment to customer service, innovation, and growth.

At SVMPS, we view growth and innovation as a vital part of providing outstanding services for our customers. Whether we are implementing new software in our office or new equipment in the field, everything we do is ultimately to help the customer. Our Project Manager Lori Schnasa put it best when she said, “I just want [the customers] to let me take their burden while I can and make it easy on them, I thrive on that. That’s my mission.”

Providing quality disaster restoration services is only part of our job, it is also important to be polite and professional as well as efficient. Our customers are typically dealing with a frustrating loss on their property and it goes a long way for our technicians to be polite and reassuring while providing excellent services.

“That is our business, is people,” says our owner Kendall Dahlquist. “I love helping others, I love helping people.”

Value of Our Staff ServiceMaster team photo

The people from our team are a huge part of the company’s success.

While our goal is to provide excellent service for our customers, we understand that this cannot happen without a dedicated staff. The dedication of our staff is important to us and this is what brings value to our business. We want more for our staff than for them to perform their jobs well for the customer, we invest in our staff and want to put them on a path to success.

Each of our employees is trained when they are hired to understand the industry and how we operate so that they have a chance to succeed and move up in the company. Everyone on our staff, including our owners, are ready to help their fellow staff members so that they have the best chance to succeed. We have had many employees who were inexperienced with disaster restoration when they were hired earn a promotion within one year. Our staff works to carry out our vision as a company which is why they are a huge part of our success.

Growth in the Future

At SVMPS, we are proud to be named the third best ServiceMaster franchise in the U.S. and we would like to thank our staff for their commitment to growing as professionals and providing our customers with excellent service. We hope to continue growing in the next ten years and keeping up with the newest trends in the industry to better serve our community.
