Our Story

We are independently-owned, family operated franchise, and have been servicing South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana since 1976. Our company was founded in 1976 by Glenn Bouck who had a dream to own his own business. He left working for ServiceMaster company and bought a ServiceMaster franchise. Today, ServiceMaster By Bouck is among the largest 10% of ServiceMaster franchises in the nation. We offer services ranging from residential carpet and furniture cleaning to fire and water disaster restoration and mold remediation. While much has changed over the last 30 years, some has not. In particular, ServiceMaster By Bouck's family owned management and our abiding commitment to the ServiceMaster objectives of founder Marion Wade - "To Honor God In All We Do, To Grow Profitably, To Help Develop, and To Pursue Excellence."
