"Shawn, Nate and Gracie were great, Shawn explained what was going to be done and they did a very thorough job cleaning up my water damage and preparing the area for the next steps. I was really surprised that they not only cleaned up all the damaged and soggy carpet, pad, drywall etc. but they took it with them! I was expecting to order a dumpster. I was also always informed of their arrival time which was nice. It wasn't the usual "2 - 3 hour" window. Friendly, polite, great communication. They helped to make a distressing situation not quite so bad. A true asset for your company. Unfortunately, more water has appeared before my plumber will arrive. "
