The more you know about the disaster mitigation process and recovery, the more you can guide your client in taking the right steps to control damage and therefore control costs.

  • Extreme Clean Up - Handling a Hoarding Dilemma
    Lower your loss ratio and improve the service you provide to your insured. We have created a training program designed to help you and your staff reduce the size of many property losses. It’s called loss mitigation. In this class, you will learn when to request cleaning services and how to set customer expectations based on the type of hoard and difficulty of its cleanup.
