Add several days to your quote!"

  • "I already submitted a review on FeedBack 360, but I’m not sure if it went through so I want to make sure that this company, ServiceMaster, specifically on W. Oley St. in Reading PA, and Jeff Bell get the recognition that they deserve. In 2020, in the midst of the Covid crisis, my mother’s house was struck by lightning, which ignited an internal electrical fire that basically destroyed all the electrical throughout. it was a major event, an absolute mess, and thank God, we had insurance that covered the restoration. We had State Farm at the time, and they assigned us to ServiceMaster, and when I tell you, their work on restoring my mother’s home was nothing short of a miracle! It felt like there were a million pieces to the puzzle as they were putting Humpty Dumpty back together again. Jeff Bell, the lead contractor on the job, had the most amazing subs taking care of every aspect of a restoration that they completed in a record 3 months!! Every nook and cranny of the home was rehabbed, and by the end of the project, it was like a brand new house! Jeff Bell, as a lead contractor kept us informed every step of the way, so we knew what to expect, and even consulted with us throughout the project to advise on improvements that made our home even more beautiful than when we got it.. I can’t say enough good things about this company, but primarily Jeff Bell, he is a unique individual, not only is he super knowledgeable about all things dealing with reconstruction of a home, he is also the most patient and kind person with an eye for detail, and a heart filled with integrity. Jeff Bell, I will forever be indebted to you for taking care of me, my mom, and my brother. Restoring a house is one thing, to have someone like Jeff Bell on your side is priceless!!"
