"Had what was a nasty sewer backup in the basement .... they were prompt in coming out to assess damage. Jay was the best. He told us up front what needed to be done and after contacting our adjuster he was on the job. In one day all the contaminated stuff was removed as per required by insurance and everything I showed him that was contaminated. Then came the extraction of sewer water and waste. He steamed cleaned and treated the affected area & all studs. Now it will be 2 to 4 days of drying out. The basement smells wonderful again .... and I might add that the house overall seems more pleasant. I cannot thank Jay and his team enough for how they made me feel like it wasn't the end of the world with all that was thrown away....instead look forward to what I can do with the space going forward.
