Renee is a seasoned restoration leader with a 25+ year career dedicated to helping families, property owners, and businesses recover from their most challenging moments. As the General Manager of ServiceMaster by C2C in Oceanside, she oversees all operational, financial, and service delivery functions—ensuring every client receives fast, compassionate, and high-quality restoration support.
Renee is best known for her unwavering positivity, strong customer service mindset, and ability to bring out the best in her teams. She leads with high expectations, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine passion for meeting new people and building trusted relationships. Her work spans every corner of the restoration field: from emergency water mitigation and fire recovery to mold remediation, reconstruction, biohazard cleanup, and large-loss commercial management.
Her leadership journey includes major roles across the industry, including Senior Project Director at ATI, where she spent 11 years managing complex restoration and environmental projects, and Commercial Restoration Manager at ServiceMaster by T.A. Russell, where she led emergency response and specialized restoration services for more than a decade. Renee began her career in sales and marketing at Freeman & Son Fire Restoration, grounding her in client advocacy and service excellence early on.
