Arrival and Introduction: A ServiceMaster Columbus supervisor arrives at your property to meet with you, introduce our team, and understand your priorities—whether that's managing costs, meeting timelines, or navigating insurance coverage.

Scene Assessment: Our team conducts a thorough assessment of the damage, documenting everything with photographs and precise measurements using specialized equipment.

Scope of Work: We prepare a detailed scope of work that outlines all necessary steps, such as material removal or disinfection, along with any alternative options available to you.

2. Agreement and Documentation

Scope Approval: You'll review and approve the scope of work with us, which includes a complete explanation of services, potential costs, and answers to any questions you may have.

Remote Review: Our project manager reviews the scope of work remotely to ensure it aligns with industry standards and insurance expectations.

Insurance Partnership: For insurance claims, ServiceMaster Columbus professionals work directly with homeowners, insurance agents, and adjusters. We help navigate the claims process with clear communication and thorough documentation to build confidence in your coverage.

3. Restoration and Quality Assurance

Restoration: Based on the approved scope of work, we begin the restoration process, which may include contents pack-out, restoration, and cleaning services.

Communication and Tracking: You'll receive a detailed inventory as items are moved to our secure warehouse. All contents are tracked and documented throughout the entire claim cycle.

Customer Satisfaction: Through our Tell ServiceMaster program, we survey customers after each job. This feedback helps us improve our service, train our employees, and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Ongoing Inspections: Our Columbus franchise conducts regular inspections using a standardized checklist to monitor cleanliness scores and ensure we're adhering to our service protocols.
