"I called Service Master to clean up sewage in my basement from a clogged pipe. We didn’t know it was even clogged until it was bad. Shon came out and took measurements and even gave me a pretty close estimate. It was a couple of weeks before they could start because of bad weather and other jobs etc but when they started they didn’t stop until it was done. Shon checked everything the workers did to make sure everything was done right and he was very polite and treated his workers good. They did an excellent job. Every step was explained to me. If I had a question, he didn’t hesitate to find the answer. They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement in excellent shape. I was very impressed and really felt the cost was very reasonable. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do I won’t hesitate. I will recommend them to anyone that needs that type of service. Thanks again Service Master."

They quickly changed gears and came out with water mitigation equipment. 4 days later the house is dried out and they also finished the wallpaper removal.
