Water Damage Mitigation for Manufactured Homes
This 3 hour course will explain and example unique terminology in manufactured homes, differences between mobile and modular homes, construction methods, proper restoration techniques, the value of communication. It will include a virtual walk through of a manufactured home plant and define how homes are constructed and how the differences from traditional home building can change the process and cost of mitigating a loss.
