"Michelle, franchise number 7677, and her team did an excellent job. I had about 9 rooms that they worked on. About one year's worth of trash had built up since both of my knees went "bad" and I couldn't carry out the trash. The team spent three hours here and the place hasn't looked this clean and nice since I moved in 20 years ago. All the trash was removed and the clutter was boxed up and placed in the various rooms for my sorting out later. I appreciated their courtesy and how gently they treated the things that needed to be moved. Oh yes, they "organized" the garage too and I didn't ask them to do that. They also replaced light bulbs in two overhead fixtures that were too high for me to reach and too dangerous for me to go up on a ladder for. They were friendly, quick, thorough, professional, and kind. I recommend them highly. There is an expression "same old, same old". Well, now I feel like my house is "different new, different new". One always has concerns when inviting "strangers" into the house to handle one's "things". But not with this group. I also appreciated their prompt response to my initial call, and then the prompt arrival to do the work. I was thinking it would be at least an all day job, but they were completely finished in three hours, including vacuuming, dusting and polishing the wood work, and scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen floors. I can't say enough good things about Michelle and her team from Midland, Michigan. I must have gained about 1200 square feet in living space. It looks like the house is ready for a for sale sign out front, but I'm not selling. I will enjoy living in my "new" house."
