We had a leak from a toilet that caused over $60k worth of damage to our floors. The damage extended to the joists and beams. Mike from Service Master was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, patient with me and took the time to address my concerns and many questions. They showed up on time and their team was meticulous with everything they did. I can't say how pleased I am with their communication. I always knew what was happening and what the next step would be.
A lot of companies say they put the client first but Service Master actually does it. I couldn't be more pleased and this won't be the last time we use them (hopefully just not for this extent of damage). If you can, make sure you ask for Mike to be your contractor. He'll go to bat for you, communicate, and he's just an all around great guy.
