"My chimney was struck by lightening and it punched a 2’ hole in my roof. I contacted my insurance company who gave me several options of companies to contact to help with the water intrusion and clean up. Boy am I glad I contacted Servicemaster. A young man by the name of Richard Callaway responded at 9:00 on a Saturday night and assessed the situation. He couldn’t do much about the hole because the storm was still in the area but he came back bright and early and set up a dehumidifier, temporarily trapped my roof and was extremely professional throughout the whole process which was good because I was a nervous wreck. I can’t recommend Servicemaster enough after the way they handled my emergency. Thank you."
