Richard from ServiceMaster was very efficient… identified a number of wet spots (see blue tape). He left a dehumidifier (see the thing that looks like R2D2 :) ). The one thing I am concerned about is that it might rain again and there is not a water catchment system. Is the intent to come back and do that. Thanks again for the great response!
