What to Expect During Your Reconstruction Project Post-Mitigation:

1. A Rebuild Project Manager will schedule an appointment with you to create a repair    
   estimate.
2. The estimate is submitted to your insurance carrier for approval.
3. Once approved and signed by the customer, our Rebuild department applies for    
   required permits. **Please note: Each city or town may take up to 30 days to    
   issue the permit(s), depending on location**
4. Once permits are received, the project timeline will be scheduled and construction    
   begins.

Jim Nadworny

Jim Nadworny, our Director of Reconstruction Services has been with ServiceMaster by Gilmore since 2022. Jim plays a pivotal role in all phases of our reconstruction projects, overseeing production and ensuring sub-contractors' quality assurance. He holds a Construction Supervisors License and brings 35 years of construction contracting expertise to the team. Jim's customer-first approach is evident in his collaborative efforts with our restoration team, ensuring a seamless transition for our valued customers.

Emilia Strankowska

Emilia Strankowska is the Billing Manager at ServiceMaster by Gilmore who has been with the company since June 2007. In the past eight years, she has held an array of responsibilities moving from a Billing and Customer Service Specialist, to a Project Auditor, and finally to the managerial position she now holds. She oversees the company’s billing and project auditing department as they strive to produce honest and accurate invoices for clients. She considers herself lucky to be working with such a great group of people and for an owner that promotes a family atmosphere. Outside of the office she is a mother to a handsome baby boy and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
