BILLING

DO YOU BILL MY INSURANCE COMPANY?

We will coordinate with your insurance carrier and can walk you through the process of filing a claim. Often times, we will submit paperwork and documents to the insurance carrier and bill them directly for our services. It is helpful for you to provide supporting documentation like claim number, policy number, and any insurance carrier information. We work with all insurance carriers to cover the cost of our services, however in the case your claim is not covered, you will be responsible for all payments.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY?

We will work directly with your insurance company throughout the claims process, and your payment is due when you receive a check from your insurance company. If you decide not to file a claim and self-pay instead, payment is due at the time of service.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?

Every restoration job varies in scope and cost. The total amount of damage is the result of many different factors. Once your insurance adjuster has made their inspection and you authorize us to do the work, we can give you a detailed estimate of the exact work needed and the costs involved. Our expertise and specialized equipment allow us to accurately determine the complete extent of any damage, and we work with your insurance company to ensure that all the necessary steps for health, safety and aesthetics are performed and your property is completely restored to its original beauty. At ServiceMaster Restoration by Desert Dry our purpose is to minimize loss, this means that we work hard to reduce the inefficiencies in a claim that would increase costs and the time that you will be disrupted.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY ELECTRICAL BILL?

The equipment we use to restore your property could effect your energy bill. It’s important to save your electricity bill during after work is completed. If your utility bill is higher than normal, you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
